Finding your Business and Gifts: Expecting Great Things (Part 4)

I also want to emphasize that in a family business, one should recognize and use the gifts of each family member. We have different talents but we complement each other.  We all like to design and make things so we became known for our unique products and figurines.  We always had something new!  You have to have change and innovation if any business is to grow and thrive.

When you do the right thing and when you pray, you can also expect great things from God.  Like the time a lady came to the store.  This was just when my mom was starting.  She asked my mom to help her sell furniture and my mom willingly went with her and helped her.

The next time she came, she brought several cupboards and my mom was able to sell this and use as capital.  Another time we were praying whether to open a store in Harrison Plaza.  We discerned that God said no, and we didn’t.  After some time a huge fire raised part of the mall and we would have sustained a big loss if we did open.
