program (for Philippine residents only) is for anyone and everyone - students, homemakers, part-time
entrepreneurs who want to try selling our products in their area. If
you don't have access to the internet to place your order and can only visit
our mall branches (not our main office) to purchase your products, this
program is for you.
Wholesale
program is for business people who want a bigger discount than the reseller
program. They are able to visit the main Papemelroti branch or they
are able to e-mail or fax their orders for delivery to their location.
Papemelroti Partner
program applies to business people who can purchase products every
month via Papemelroti main branch or e-mail/faxed orders for
delivery to their location. They get the biggest discounts!

Be a
Reseller - You can get discounts
on your first purchase! You also get an ID and can get products from any Papemelroti branch
near you! (for Philippine residents only)
Through the years, many of our customers have asked us how they can sell
Papemelroti products in bazaars, school fairs or to their schoolmates, officemates,
neighbors and friends. Today, you too can start your own business,
be a reseller and be a part of the Papemelroti story! More and more people are
getting into our Reseller Program!
It's easy! Just apply at any of our branches.
Your
application is approved upon your first purchase and then you will get your Reseller's ID card
to allow you
to buy our products at special wholesale prices. For as low as P1,000
worth of purchase, you may already avail of our discounts! Get bonus
items too when you purchase products every month!
A minimum net purchase is required for
merchants to get the reseller discount (net of discount).
For paper products:
Get a 20% discount
when you buy a minimum of P 1000 / $50 (after discount) of
assorted paper products, or
Get a 20% discount if you
purchase 50 pieces of a particular product (assorted designs of
the same product). For example, 50 pieces of assorted colored notebooks
(stock number #9031).
For decoupage, figurines, and other
products:
Get a 15% discount when you buy a
minimum of P 3000 / $80 (after discount)of assorted
products, or
Get a 20% discount if you
purchase 50 pieces of a particular product (single stock number.)

available at our main branch, get regular supply any time you need for your
shop elsewhere in the Philippines or abroad!
A minimum net purchase is required for
merchants to get the wholesale discount (net of discount and shipping and handling
costs). All freight and documentation charges incurred on orders shall be paid by
the customer.
For paper products:
Get a 30% discount when you buy a
minimum of P 1000 / $50 (after discount)of assorted
paper products, or
*Items exempt from this: notebooks, kraft bags, giftwrappers and #15 paper
packs which already have low prices. These get 20% off.
Additional discounts are available for bulk orders of 1000 pieces or more.

To be a Partner, you may start
out as a Wholesale buyer. If you are able to come back to our main
branch consecutively
every month, you can be a Partner! Every month avail of 30% off on ALL
products including figurines, wall decor, non-paper products! To be a
Partner, you must have a monthly purchase (no minimum amount) to get this
discount. Please do come and visit our main branch to register or
inquire.
How long does it take to have products
that are out of stock made? Button badges and magnets take a week to two weeks to produce.
Figurines, jewelry, giveaway tokens, desk accessories, metal products
and wall decor take 2-3 weeks production time to make. Furniture
take 3 weeks. Chimes and candles take up to 5 weeks.
Stationery cannot be produced specially for you unless you plan to order
in the thousands. T-shirts can only be ordered with minimum
of 50 pcs. per design.
Can you choose the products for me? Yes you can give us your budget and we can suggest the most
saleable, newest products for you and this will be subject to your
approval before payment and shipping.
What if the price listed is
not in our country's currency?
Our prices are in Philippines pesos and US
dollars. If you are interested in a product without a dollar price
or the currency you desire,
please inform us and we will update our site as soon as possible. We
only accept payments in these two currencies but we can find out the current
conversion rates to your currency upon request.
How do you accept payments
online? At present, we accept payments for foreign
orders through either credit card via www.paypal.com
or bank transfer for orders outside the Philippines and bank deposit,
crossed check payable to Korben Corporation, or
telegraphic transfer (TT) for orders within the Philippines. We will send you
the items when your order is fully paid. *To make a
crossed
check, make two diagonal lines //on the top left corner of the check. This
indicates that this check can only be deposited and not encashed.
Can we have a running account
with Papemelroti? Yes we do that for some of our wholesale buyers - they just let us know
which products they like and we just deduct payments from their account with
us.
How long does delivery
normally take? What delivery service do you use? We use the lowest rate we find to deliver your product. Allow 7-14 business days transit
time for shipments weighing 30 kg and below via Air Philpost and 25 days up
for sea freight (allow more time during December). We also use DHL or FedEx (2-3 days)
when their rate comes out lower than the regular postal service.
What do you do about damaged
deliveries? We will accept returns only if merchandise is
defective, and only with our prior authorization. Shortage/ damage claims are to be
made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
Can we request for a catalog
of your products? Our website is our online catalog. Due to our wide variety of
items and rate of new items that come in every month, we do not have a
complete printed catalog
but we can provide a
colored catalog (not all the items will be featured) for P200 (for pickup in
our branches) / $20
(including delivery to US) (10 letter size pages). You may also order
a CD of our current website for P50 / $15 (including delivery to US).
Both costs $25 (including delivery to US).
Can we put a sign of
Papemelroti in our shop? We can provide signage such as "Papemelroti products sold here" for your
needs according to your specifications and requests and we will charge you
simply for production costs. From paper signs to wooden, laminated, etc.
We suggest you print
out our price lists for your reference.

What if we are buyers based in the Philippines?
Metro Manila - You may proceed to the Korben
building at 91 A. Roces, Quezon City 1103 to avail of the Wholesaler and
Partner discounts. You may proceed to our other branches in Metro
Manila for our Reseller discounts. Bring your ID
picture to get a Resellers, Wholesalers or Partners ID and also supply us with your business
information.
Provincial Areas - You may place your order through
our website (fill up our order form or send us an e-mail). We have contacts with
forwarders or you may specify your preferred company to deliver your order.
