Made to Order Guidelines

These guidelines are for products that customers will change. Products ordered that have no changes do not have service charges. Production time: Most items can be finished in 2 weeks time if the order form is faxed and coordinated with main branch ASAP.

*For rush orders, get approval from our main branch. There is no discount for rush orders and for orders that are extremely rush, there is a 10% additional charge.

****VERY IMPORTANT: ALL POEMS and LONG WORDINGS have to submitted to us in soft copy or via e-mail
or we will need to charge P80 extra for typing.
