Papemelroti, depending on the type of
product, will accept returns for replacement of merchandise, with the
following conditions:
A notice (via e-mail, or fax) should be given to Papemelroti within 7 days
from the receipt of merchandise.

Reason for replacement should be one of the following:
___ Purchase Order and Item delivered did not match
___ Defective / Damaged item
Shipping and Handling Charges are non-refundable. Please ensure that
merchandise is returned to us in the condition it was received. We will
immediately process the replacement of such item after receiving it.
Papemelroti reserves the right to charge administrative and bank charges
depending on the transaction. If we did not get a notice within 7 days upon
the receipt of the product, the returns policy will be void.
