What's the difference between being a
Reseller, Wholesale or Papemelroti Partner?
These are the
types of discounts one can get depending on where you purchase your
The Reseller discount is
availed through Papemelroti's branches in shopping malls. If the main
branch is not convenient for you to visit and you don't have regular
internet access, this option is the best for you but the discount you get is
lower compared to the other options.
Are all products available
for wholesale? Not all
items are available for wholesale but very few are not. The items that
do not have discounts are the non-Papemelroti produced books, Mismo board
game, Treehugger Pens, Holy Land items and other consigned items do have
have reseller discounts.
wholesaler switch to a reseller and vise versa? Yes. The difference
between the categories is the discounts allowable. If a reseller
comes to the main branch or orders online, they automatically get the
Wholesale Discount. If that reseller buys every month not at the
mall branch but at the main branch, they become get the Partner Discount automatically.
But if a partner stops purchasing monthly, they revert to Wholesale
Discount. If the wholesaler buys in the mall and not in the main
branch, they only get the Reseller Discount.
How long does it take to have products
that are out of stock made? Button badges and magnets take
only days to two weeks to produce.
Figurines, jewelry, giveaway tokens, desk accessories, metal products
and wall decor take 2-3 weeks production time to make. Furniture
take 3 weeks. Chimes and candles take up to 5 weeks.
Stationery cannot be produced specially for you unless you plan to order
in the thousands. T-shirts can only be ordered with minimum
of 50 pcs. per design.
What if the price listed is
not in our country's currency?
Our prices are in Philippines pesos and US
dollars. If you are interested in a product without a dollar price
or the currency you desire,
please inform us and we will update our site as soon as possible. We
only accept payments in these two currencies but we can find out the current
conversion rates to your currency upon request.
How do you accept payments
online? At present, we accept payments for foreign
orders through either credit card via
or bank transfer for orders outside the Philippines and bank deposit,
crossed check payable to Korben Corporation, or
telegraphic transfer (TT) for orders within the Philippines. We
suggest you enroll our account so you can pay us anytime online (24 hours)
for succeeding orders. We will send you
the items when your order is fully paid. *To make a
check, make two diagonal lines //on the top left corner of the check. This
indicates that this check can only be deposited and not encashed.
pay for my wholesale purchase at the mall branches?
You can pay for your
purchases at the mall branches but the discount will only be 15%-20% off
compared to purchasing in the main branch and online. We must receive your payments
only in our main branch or through bank deposit to get the 20%-30% discount rates. Get this
great deal! No minimum purchase needed for succeeding purchases for
resale! If you are situated in the province or outside the
Philippines, your orders must be placed via e-mail or fax (current telephone
numbers are at the bottom of this page) to get the same discount.
How long does delivery
normally take? What delivery service do you use?
We use the lowest rate we find to deliver your product.
We can give you shipping options depending on when you need the products.
Local shipping via Air21, Xend, Pambato take 1-2 business days.
Allow 2-3 business days via DHL or FedEx for shipments abroad. We can
also ship via Standard Philpost Rates for lower costs (longer delivery
What do you do about damaged
We will accept returns only if merchandise is
defective, and only with our prior authorization. Shortage/ damage claims are to be
made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
Can we request for a catalog
of your products?
Our website is our online catalog. Due to our wide variety of
items and rate of new items that come in every month, we do not have a
complete printed catalog
but we can provide a
colored catalog (not all the items will be featured) for P200 (for pickup in
our branches) / $20
(including delivery to US) (10 letter size pages). You may also order
a CD of our current website for P50 / $15 (including delivery to US).
Both costs $25 (including delivery to US).
Can we put a sign of
Papemelroti in our shop?
We can provide signage such as "Papemelroti products sold here" for your
needs according to your specifications and requests and we will charge you
simply for production costs. From paper signs to wooden, laminated, etc.
